Background & Challenge
Hershey’s set out to create an unforgettable experience with a bold new store concept—Hershey’s S’mores & More. This interactive destination invited guests to customize and "smoosh" their own oversized S’mores while enjoying other beloved Hershey’s chocolate favorites. The challenge was to develop a unique identity that would captivate guests and bring the brand’s playful spirit to life.

The Approach
From naming and store signage to engaging digital menu boards, package design, and social media strategies, every detail was thoughtfully designed to enhance the guest experience. The result was a cohesive and immersive brand identity that made Hershey’s S’mores & More truly stand out.
